We provide a free SCOBY with almost every jun kombucha you purchase from us. Just leave Revel jun kombucha out at room temperature without a lid and it will typically grow a SCOBY within a week. There are not shortage of instructions available online.
Jun is a cousin of traditional kombucha. The most obvious difference is that it prefers honey and green tea instead of sugar and black tea (that are preferred by traditional kombucha). The result is a smoother, less astringent flavor.
