At Revel, we’re committed to your satisfaction with every sip of our beverages. We stand behind the quality of our products, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Our Commitment to You

We want you to love your Revel products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Revel, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your purchase must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. We’re unable to accept returns after this period due to the perishable nature of our beverages.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from Revel is required to process your refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:​

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery. Revel jun kombucha must be stored in refrigeration. 

 

Refund Process

If you’d like to request a refund, here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the product (e.g., damaged item, incorrect shipment).

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Package the eligible items securely and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped).

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we’ve got you covered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect product).

  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.

 

Refunds for Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping: Shipping fees from your initial order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items or order mistakes on our part.

 

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
